I don’t know how else to categorize it on here though (corrections are welcomed). Don’t let the name fool you, the crab is not their forte. Of course, we’re only talking about the steamed blue crab here. Not one of our top choices. We come here for the fish…the raw fish…for us to take home and cook. I have no idea how well they prepare fish so I can’t speak on it, but the fish we buy is pretty fresh. As much as I’ve consumed sushi, as much as I’ve consumed a gazillion varieties of raw oysters, I’ve never had raw clams until I got here. Yup, they took my raw clam virginity…and I liked it. Kinda chewy, oceanic, and yummy. I still prefer oysters though.”
